8. What has motivated you to apply for a staff position at MineStoneNetwork?


First of all, I'm a sex-staff member of totalfreedom. I'm a good builder/administrator or developer. I love servers that are factions, cause they're the good servers that allow you to do anything. (Not literally) Anyway, It motivated me because I think i'll be a good staff member. I will not abuse, grief or do anything bad to this server, I think i'll be good for a.. Maybe admin position or so. I'm not an hacker/griefer/abuser/troller and so. I think i'll be a good staff because i've also been sr.mod on mineplex and moderator on hypixel, so I think i have enough good sexperience as staff team member.




9. What interactions have you had with our staff team in the past?

Currently none, nor here or anywhere else.

I was never punished.






B. All About You

1. Why should we choose you to become a Trainee?


First off, I think you should choose me to become Trainee (Or whatever rank) Because i'm a really helpful person. I can do anything you'd like me to do. As I said, I was working for some powerful server, and I think I could be good staff member. I've had loads of past experience, I can also introdouce new players to the server, chase hackers, build, administrate, develop and many other things. I'm a very good person, i can speak other languages, and I can translate if there's someone speaking
other language, I can translate and welcome him to the server or so!




2. What kind of goals do you hope to achieve? Explain why your personality would make you a great Trainee.



First off, As I said, I was staff on powerful servers. I'm funny, cool and good to all players. I am positive, and I don't want any mean to anyone. There's a hacker on a server? Call me. I'm going to come and get rid of the problem. No worries. I'd like to achieve goal of becoming.. administrator on your server. Since you said you need staff, and some are useless. My personality is good, and I think i'll become a great trainee.





3. In what ways could you positively contribute to the community?


I have many good ways. I can do anything you would like. I'll be good staff member, i'll not abuse, grief or do anything from that nature.

My good personal qualities are:

1) Being good builder,coder and administrator

2) Catching hackers

3) Showing new players around the server, welcoming them.

4) Watching PvP for cheaters.

5) Having fun of course.






4. What experiences do you have with moderating a community or game?


I have experiences in both. I can moderate community, since I made my own forum myself. I can build or moderate anything in-game or on forums.

I agree. That's important because the denied person will say: Why was I denied and all that stuff. We should improve in that area, so we'll have more luck next time.




2. Do you understand that if you ask a staff member to look at your application, it will be instantly declined? Explain why this is important.


I understand and I agree. This is important because staff member is high position, where every non-staff member asks you to op them, give them staff or something else. You shouldn't ask a staff member to view your app, because staff can always be bussy, and they wouldn't have time so if you'd ask them, they'll be like: "Hell no, he asked me to view this application like 50 times. This is denied", so you should wait like everyone else, and not ask staff member to see your application.




3. Do you agree to help any and all players who request your assistance, even if you are not accepted? Explain why this is important.


I agree. This is also very important because there might not be staff online, and there's dozen of hackers at any games. You should report them to current staff online on the forums and ask them to come online to solve the problem about the hackers. Anyone who requests my assistance, I'll be sure to help, because there might be a real problem that only you/me or anyone can solve.
